High Protein Nutrition for the win!

I added a little spring twist to this one by stirring in some My Protein Lemonade Clear Whey Isolate🍋

Started with the 1 cup Frozen Mango chunks and 8 frozen blackberry for fiber, texture and color. The defrosting brings out juice to flavor the 2/3 cup plan unflavored nonfat Greek yogurt and then I added a tablespoon of heavy cream for the fat. 1/2 scoop of the my protein clear whey isolate lemonade and sprinkled 3 tablespoons of raw hemp seeds for more protein, texture and fiber with 8 raspberries and 1 tablespoon of raw sliced almonds.

YUM! Great for any time of the day but we had it for breakfast (at 11:30am lol)👏

High Protein Breakfast Ideas that have been keeping me fueled for 20 yrs!

After Rouen-Y Gastric Bypass Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery in 2003, I leaned into this Nectar by @officialsyntrax daily. Both the Fuzzy Navel and Lemon Tea have been favorite flavors. The consistency is much different and less heavy than traditional vanilla and chocolate protein drinks. PLUS, the variety makes thes flavors a total win, also.

Try it for yourself. You are gonna LOVE it, too!

If you have gained weight that is not serving you, I can tell you that reincorporating this NECTAR back into my routine regularly has helped to increase my protein without additonal volume of a protein dense meal. Day 6 - 30 min daily cardio

Made it just in time with 30 minutes left at the pool at 10:15pm. Chose to do pool work because I tweaked my back in the morning. Was hoping it would resolve but ultimately decided not to push it at the last second.

Worked out and was amazed how different my reflection looked since the last time I was at LA Fitness.
The inflammation reduction is real and some of the Lipedema hallmarks are really reducing👏

Animal print is always in style but what a great Summer Outfit this sundress is for easy one piece dressing. Such a classic look for a Travel Outfit, Country Concert Outfit or even a Beach Day look.
