This morning I got to move with my good friend German, who has lost 30 lbs through diet and exercise alone 🙌 I’m so proud of him!

🍴 Paleo Turkey Meatballs Made Easy! 🍴

I love making these delicious, healthy turkey meatballs — they’re juicy, flavorful, and so simple to prep. I swapped a few ingredients for my favorites: skipping the egg, using dried parsley instead of fresh, and keeping my marinara simple with wholesome, natural ingredients — no added sugar.

I’ll be linking everything I used to make this recipe a breeze:
* 🥘 My Lodge cast iron skillet
* 🔥 Oxo tongs
* 🍳 Game-changing splatter cover/grease guard
* 🧤 Heavy-duty oven mitts
And of course, I’m cozy and cooking in:

* 🛌 Parachute Cloud Cotton robe

Ingredients:
* 1 lb. ground turkey
* 2 tsp Kirkland Organic No Salt Seasoning (instead of garlic)
* 1 heaping TB dried parsley
* 1/2 cup almond flour
* 1/2 tsp basil
* 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 2 TB olive oil
* 1 cup Victoria Organic Marinara sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients (except olive oil and marinara) using a spoon or your hands.
3. Form 16–18 meatballs and place in a large, oven-safe skillet with 2 TB olive oil.
4. Pan-sear meatballs 3–4 minutes until browned on the outside.
5. Pour marinara sauce over meatballs and bake in the oven for 15–18 minutes.
6. Top with extra parsley or red pepper flakes and enjoy!
