I love to have a couple of these with me for after a workout, or in the fridge when the sugar cravings start in the afternoon. Fun fact: thereโ€™s about 9g protein in each ball! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป 1 1/4 cups almond flour 1/4 cup strawberry protein powder 1/5 tsp salt 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup agave 2 tbsp almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp unflavored collagen peptides ๐Ÿ“ Place all the ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl & mix to combine. ๐Ÿ“ Add more milk if the mix is too dry. ๐Ÿ“ Roll in to small balls & pop in the fridge in a sealed container. ๐Ÿ“ You can also roll the balls in crushed nuts/shredded coconut for a little texture & extra yumminess.
