Not even kidding—this might be the best protein shake I’ve ever made 🙌🏻 🥥𝘝𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘊𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘶𝘵 𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘬𝘦 Ingredients: • 1 frozen banana • 1 scoop of @just.ingredients.shop Vanilla Bean Protein Powder • 2 Medjool dates (pitted) • 1/4 cup canned light or regular coconut milk • 1/2 cup almond milk (and additional to top up!) • 1 tbsp basil, chia or hemp seeds • 1/4 tsp cinnamon • Pinch of sea salt • Ice cubes Instructions: 1. Toss everything in a high-speed blender. 2. Blend until smooth, creamy, and luscious. 3. Sip slowly like you’ve got nowhere to be (even if you’re on your 10-minute break). 4. 𝚂𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚠𝚋𝚎𝚛𝚛𝚢 𝙱𝚒𝚝𝚎𝚜! 🍓 Another sweet treat for ya! I love to have a couple of these with me for after a workout, or in the fridge when the sugar cravings start in the afternoon. Fun fact: there’s about 9g protein in each ball! 🙌🏻 1 1/4 cups almond flour 1/4 cup strawberry protein powder 1/5 tsp salt 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup agave 2 tbsp almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp unflavored collagen peptides 🍓 Place all the ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl & mix to combine. 🍓 Add more milk if the mix is too dry. 🍓 Roll in to small balls & pop in the fridge in a sealed container. 🍓 You can also roll the balls in crushed nuts/shredded coconut for a little texture & extra yumminess.
