5 days in of 30 minutes of cardio daily for the next 6 months is a commitment I made to my cardiologist to strengthen my heart so that I can be taken off my med that regulate against AFIB ( atrial fibrillation). I am very encouraged and locked into this goal and can’t wait to see how this type of daily movement helps to improve my Lipedema as well. I am starting out with walking because it seems to be okay and isn’t setting off any other activations in my body I am trying to avoid. Having multiple chronic conditions like, Lipedema, thyroid antibodies, hypermobile ehlers danlos, mast cell activation, histamine and allergies, plus clinical obesity with sleep apnea, makes it challenging to keep all improvements on an even keel. Each day, I have been trying to wear a different outfit that I can share with you across socials but sometimes the brands are not available on each platform. I find great joy in now being able to connect you with the things you ask about often behind the scenes and now I am focusing on giving you that info before you even ask!
