Peppermint fudge 🍫🤍❤️ Ingredients: 2 lbs dark chocolate wafers 2 lbs white chocolate wafers 2 cups milk 4 tbsp butter 40 soft candy peppermints (crushed) 6 drops peppermint extract (or more to taste) Instructions: 1. Melt dark chocolate wafers over medium heat in double boiler 2. Add 1 cup milk and stir as chocolate melts 3. Add butter to melted chocolate and stir until incorporated 4. Pour melted chocolate into glass baking dish lined with parchment paper 5. Set in refrigerator to cool and harden 6. Meanwhile, unwrap peppermints, put into gallon ziplock baggie and bang with a meat mallet to crush into small pieces 7. Heat white chocolate wafers over medium heat in a double boiler 8. Add 1 cup of milk to white chocolate and stir 9. Add peppermint extract to white chocolate mixture 10. Once white chocolate is melted, pour it over chilled and firm chocolate in the baking dish 11.
