I love when you do random thungs and it ends up being so good! I added leftover roasted cubed sweet potatoes and egg yolk to Maddie's patties and it's so good I'm gonna keep doing it. I've been premaking her patties (chicken, beef or turkey) for easy protein for breakfast or lunch. Ground Beef or chicken or turkey, diced Onion, minced Garlic, S+p, desired Spices, a couple Egg yolks, chopped parsley, Cubed roasted sweet potatoes. Mix up to Form patties, cook, then freeze or they keep in fridge for a few days. Toss in pan to heat when you're ready! LTKdayinmylife LTKHome LTKfoodie
