I also ice my skin after the lymphatic drainage- forgot to show that :) Does anyone else feel like after 40, you suddenly don’t know what you might look like when you wake up from day to day? 6. Ice roller cryoball
7. (I use La Mer original moisturizer as my eye cream and pm all over. I put it on my eyes first for my eczema & to combat irritation from products)
8. Vitamin c
9. Lightweight Moisturizer (optional, depending on my skin that day)
10. Sunscreen

To make my makeup last all day:
1. Danessa Myricks blurring balm as a primer- just on my t zone and acne scarring on cheeks
2. Nars eyeshadow primer on lids and lower lashline, set with powder shadow
3. One size on til dawn setting spray.

Over 50 skincare, perimenopausal skin, lymphatic drainage, depuffing skin, how to hydrate skin, how to exfoliate, makeup after 40, makeup after 50, over 40 influencer, over 50 influencer, daytime skincare, glass skin, no filter makeup.

Double cleanse, retinol, moisturize. My routine when taking off makeup before bed!
