Also I swear my floor creaks and knee creaks are the same decibel Come July you’re gonna ask what I did. I’ve been doing fit with coco because she combines strength and Pilates and I love it. My daily go to has been to walk 45 min with a weighted vest (yes you can break it up!) do fit with coco a few times a week, and eat 30 g of fiber and 100 g of protein a day. Do you wanna do coco’s summer shred with me? It starts today and includes a meal plan and it ends July 5, right before my 50th birthday trip!
