Gouda-Stuffed Chicken Breasts (Quick + Impressive) Ingredients • Chicken breasts • Smoked or regular Gouda slices • Spinach or basil (optional but great) • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika • Olive oil How to 1. Slice a pocket in each chicken breast. 2. Stuff with a slice (or two 😏) of Gouda + a handful of spinach/basil. 3. Season outside with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 4. Sear in a hot pan with a little olive oil 2–3 min/side for color. 5. Bake at 375°F for ~18–22 min or until 165°F internal temp. → Serve with roasted veggies or a side salad.
