Steak and eggs scramble- 37 grams protein, around 300 calories 2 eggs 4 oz cooked grass fed sirloin, chopped (I get mine pre-cooked at Costco) avocado oil cooking spray salt and pepper Scramble eggs (I used ceramic non stick cookware with a light spray of avocado oil) over medium heat. When they are starting to thicken add the sirloin and continue cooking until eggs are done to your liking. Salt and pepper if needed- the sirloin is already well seasoned. This was soooo good!
