Can’t stop talking about the amazing results I’ve seen from this jaw exerciser.

It has snatched my jawline- no more jowls!

50 CALORIE FUDGE BROWNIES

Recipe from my latest book HAPPIER, HEALTHIER AND HOTTER- HIGH PROTEIN, LOW CALORIE, BIKINI FRIENDLY RECIPES

2 cups baked sweet potato
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1-2 tablespoons instant espresso
3/4- 1 cup granulated monk fruit (or any non-caloric sweetener you like using that measures like sugar)

Bake sweet potatoes in their jackets well ahead of time. Let them cool and skin will come off easily. Measure 2 cups of sweet potato (and enjoy any leftovers as a yummy side dish!)

Put sweet potato, eggs and vanilla in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined.

Scrape into an 8x8 inch parchment lined pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set in the middle. They will firm up as they cook but will remain very moist and fudgey.

Let cool and cut into 16 pieces, refrigerate leftovers

Stretchy and buttery soft, but the slight flare and pockets make them appropriate any wear. Also they come in 3 different inseams which is super helpful.

BIKINI FRIENDLY MAC AND CHEESE

makes two generous servings each containing 21 grams protein, 170 calories

one bag frozen cauliflower florets (10-12 ounces)

one cup 2% cottage cheese (my favorite is good culture, but can’t always find it)

quarter cup shredded sharp cheddar (I used reduced fat)

salt, pepper and optional turmeric

Preheat over to 350. Cook cauliflower to desired tenderness, drain, and cut florets into smaller bite size pieces.

Blend cottage cheese with seasonings and combine with cauliflower, then transfer to small baking dish and top with shredded cheddar.

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and entire dish is heated through. Took about 20-25 minutes.
