I packed very realistically for our recent trip to Hawaii, & wore everything besides one dress! Our trips are spent at our family home on the north shore of Kauai. It’s very lowkey, nothing super fancy. And I’m still mom. We’re usually there in November and the days are a bit cooler: the mornings start out chilly and the evenings are chilly too, so i pack a lot of cozy clothes that can be layered through the day from sunrise to sunset. I also love to pack light, easy to pack, easy to wear dresses that can be worn casually or more dressed up! Then there’s swim suits! Oh and i did pack 2 nice dresses for nicer occasions. I only packed 1 pair of sandals, my running shoes that i wore on the plane, and 1 pair of platforms for the nicer occasions and going into town! I got a lot of my clothes from a local boutique, swirl boutique- please support them!!

Buy the dress. I left the store without this dress, & I couldn’t stop thinking about it for my trip to Hawaii. It was a little spendy, but it ended up being my favorite thing I wore my whole trip!
