It’s been a long week, and I was wondering why it felt so “off”. Grief was looming over us all week on top of life things so that always makes for a rollercoaster ride. Yesterday was the anniversary of my FIL passing, and today it’s what would’ve been my nephews 16th birthday. Grief is wild. Subconsciously it really does things you don’t even realize. Just been keeping busy all weekend…cleaning, working, organizing, and a nail appointment. Self care is always the best medicine 🩷
