Chiiiile, seasonal affective disorder (SAD) be taking my happy ass OUT 😩 BUT I finally remembered to try light therapy. I haven’t opened the box yet but I will report back with updates. This particular light comes highly recommended because it has the 10,000 LUX as shown by science to be affective in treating SAD.
