THE shake π. the high protein dessert i make almost every single night and it never π gets π old! i got the recipe from @lillieeatsandtells and just made a few tweaks based on my own personal taste! β€οΈ hereβs what i do: in a blender, add 2 cups ice, 1/2C almond or cashew milk, 1 scoop @cleansimpleeats protein powder, 1 TBSP @hiitnutrition jet black cocoa, 2 TBSP monk fruit, 1/4tsp xantham gum, a pinch of sea salt blend for about 2mins depending on your blender add whatever toppings you want! i top mine with PB2, crumbled @healthyeatonthego bar, whipped cream, and crumbled chex cereal π makes one HUGE shake and is truly a dessert i crave every night!!
