I am loving basil seed pudding so much lately I packed my seeds for the beach! I make it the same way I make my chia seed pudding, but I do 2 T basil seeds with 3/4-1 cup almond milk, depending how thick I want it. My kids also likes the seeds in their yogurt. 🙌🏼 I get the organic @zenbasil basil seeds on Amazon. 2 T has 15 grams of fiber plus they’re rich in vitamin k, iron, calcium and potassium
