-Cut the shell of the lobster in half and add butter, salt, garlic and a bit of lemon juice
-Heat it up on the airfryer for 5 min at 380F

-200 ml of rum on a bed of ice
- 100 ml of coconut juice
- 50 ml of pineapple juice
- put it on a blender
