GRINCH MIMOSAS for the win! This is what I used 🙌🏻
* 3 oz orange juice
* 1/2 oz blue curacao
* 4 oz prosecco or another sparkling wine
* 1 candy cane
* green cotton candy
To a glass, add the juice and blue curaçao and watch it turn green, top with prosecco and garnish with candy cane and cotton candy in top.

Holiday treats that are delicious and easy! Here is the recipe and everything I used:
• festive Oreos
• dark and white chocolate melts (I use Ghirardelli)
• sanding sugars
• bow icings
• pastry bags
Start by melting your chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at the time until fully melted. Doo the Oreo cookies in the chocolate and with the help of a fork place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Let them dry. Add the rest of chocolate to a pastry bag and pipe a cross on top of each Oreo. Add sanding sugar while still wet and place a bow icon in the middle. Let them set for another 15 minutes or place them in the fridge for faster setting.

The cutest Hot Cocoa Dippers! These Christmas tree dippers are so easy to make. Everything I used is below including the instructions 🙌🏻
Christmas Tree Dippers
* Biscoff cookies
* Dark chocolate, melted
* White chocolate, melted
* Piping bags
* Festive sprinkles
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the cookies 2” apart. You can fit 8 per baking sheet. Melt the chocolate (I used 1 cup of Ghirardelli chocolate melts dark and white chocolate) and melt in the microwave in 3@ seconds intervals. Place the melted chocolate on piping bags and form the shape of a tree as you see on the video. Quickly add festive sprinkles and let it set for 15-20 minutes. You can add these dippers to festive bags or bakery boxes to gift or simply have them available for a cocoa bar. Dip and enjoy!

Microwave Caramels! They are delicious and easy to make! I make them every year and never fail me 🙌🏻
Recipe:
Homemade Caramels made in the microwave!
Ingredients:
• 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup of packed brown sugar
• 1 cup of white granulated sugar
• 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup of light corn syrup
Mix the 5 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and put them in the microwave for 7 minutes on high power. Remove with a towel because it will be very hot, mix well and place them again for another 7 minutes (you might have to check this time every minute or two to make sure it’s not spilling. That’s because the mixture will get really hot. After this time it will change to a darker color and you can remove it using kitchen towels again, mix it well and pour it on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place it in the fridge for an hour or so. Remove when they harden, cut them in small pieces and using wax wrappers, wrap them and get them ready to gift!
