Baking has always been one of my favorite things to do, especially around the holidays! I love that my kids get so excited about it now, too, & *usually* want to help šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Did you know that I used to share recipes on my blog when I first started (14 years ago this month!)! We’re baking Tollhouse Pie here & it’s delicious! Save this post to refer back to this recipe later! Tollhouse Pie: 1 unbaked pie crust 2 eggs 1/2 cup flour (can sub for GF) 1/2 cup cane sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips Optional: 1 cup chopped walnuts Must: vanilla ice cream 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a deep dish pie plate with unbaked pie crust. 2. Beat eggs on high until light & foamy. Add flour & both sugars & mix again. Then add softened butter & mix until combined. (I mix everything at once) 3. Stir in chocolate chips & spoon batter into prepared pie crust. 4. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!!!
