Where my strength training girlies at 👀 how are we showing up on those cardio days 🫣 wanted to share a look into a “rest” day for me..we are moving our bodies but not at the capacity of a typical weight lifting day because your girl was front squatting 95 lbs yesterday 🤣 My trainer wanted me to do a 20 minute interval and pay close attention to my heart rate…I will report back what he says once I get that feedback…so stay tuned! Never did I ever think I would be able to confidently share content like this but here we are, learning as we go and pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones.. because that’s where GROWTH happens!
