Maca root is known for supporting balanced energy, mood, and hormone health.
And it’s been such a great alternative for me!

This MACA LATTE is absolutely delicious! I look forward to it every day! I followed the @navitasorganics recipe

1 cup plant-based milk of choice
½ Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. Maca @navitasorganics Powder
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. vanilla
Pinch of sea salt

Place all ingredients in a small pot over medium heat and whisk continuously until warm.

Enjoy!
