Make my morning oatmeal with me! For the past few months this has been my favorite meal of the day! You can either make it at night and put in the fridge as overnight oats (which I did when it was warm out) or make in the morning and heat up (which I’ve been doing now that it’s cold)! Recipe as follows: - 1 serving (40 grams) quick oats - 1 tbsp chia seeds - cinnamon (measure with your heart) - dash of salt - 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder - 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 1 tbsp maple syrup - handful of blueberries If warming, I put in the microwave for 2 minutes.
