I’ve had a few people say that sharing my age or weight is “for attention.”
But the truth is, I share it for the opposite reason — in hopes that it gives someone else permission to feel confident, comfortable, and proud of where they are right now.

I'm not afraid of looking my age of 53 or of looking my weight at 170 lbs.

I’m not trying to look younger.
I’m not trying to be smaller.
I’m trying to feel strong, confident, and at home in my body in this season of life.

These outfits look good on me not because of a number — not a birthday, not a scale, not a tag — but because I’ve learned how to dress this version of myself. I know what works. I know what doesn’t. And I’ve stopped apologizing for the space I take up.
