⭐ Honey-Garlic Pork Tenderloin Bowls

Quick, healthy-ish, and tastes like a lighter version of takeout.

🛒 Ingredients (recap)
• 1 pork tenderloin (1–1.25 lb), sliced into medallions
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• Sauce:
• 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lemon juice)
• Veggies: broccoli, snap peas, carrots, zucchini — whatever you like
• Rice or cauliflower rice

🍳 How to Cook It (Step-by-Step)
1. Prep pork: Slice into medallions and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
2. Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear pork 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned. Remove to a plate.
3. Make the sauce:
Add garlic → cook 30 seconds.
Add soy sauce + honey + vinegar → stir and simmer.
4. Glaze the pork:
Add pork back to skillet and simmer 3–4 minutes until coated and cooked through.
5. Build bowls:
Rice on bottom, veggies (roasted or steamed), then sticky glazed pork on top.

• Slice the pork evenly so it cooks quickly and stays juicy.
• Add crushed red pepper for a sweet-spicy combo.
• Finish with sesame seeds + green onions if you have them.
• Roast veggies at 425°F for 15–20 minutes for extra flavor instead of steaming.

• Add a splash of chicken broth to the sauce if you want it saucier.
• Stir in a little cornstarch slurry (½ tsp cornstarch + 1 tsp water) to thicken it.

These Dahlia Rag & Bone sweatpant jeans are officially my jeans of the day 🙌
If you love looking pulled together without sacrificing comfort, these are it.

They’re nice and long — I’m 5’6” and can easily wear them with kitten heels, heels, boots, or even wedge sandals. They’re fitted through the thigh with a flared leg, which gives the most flattering, slimming, elongating silhouette.

Okay, let’s talk about these Mother jeans that have officially gone viral. 🤍 They now come in a second wash. I don’t own the new wash yet, but I’ve seen it in person and it is absolutely beautiful — and yes, I have it linked for you.

These are high-waisted with the most slimming, elongating stitching down the leg that honestly makes your legs look a foot longer. Wide leg, super chic, and really fun to dress up.

For reference, I’m 5’6” and wear my true size in these. They’re perfect with a small heel — think kitten heel, wedge, or a low-heeled boot.

I paired them with a black Amazon turtleneck and an Amazon belt. Both of these pieces can be found at multiple price points and still look super chic. I threw on my Free People cozy kimono — a total go-to for me. I was in and out of shops at an outdoor shopping area, and it was the perfect layer to have.

Finished it off with Amazon mules. So yes, the jeans are the investment piece here, but everything else is really affordable — a good little high-low mix, if you ask me. ✨
