Honey-Garlic Pork Tenderloin Bowls (Healthy-ish + Big Flavor) Ingredients • 1 pork tenderloin (1–1.25 lb), sliced into medallions • Salt, pepper, garlic powder • 2 tbsp olive oil • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos) • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice • Steamed rice or cauliflower rice • Veggies: broccoli, snap peas, carrots, or zucchini Directions 1. Season pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder. 2. Sear in a hot skillet 2–3 minutes per side; remove. 3. In the same pan: add garlic → soy sauce → honey → vinegar. 4.
