I’ve had two packages of puff pastry in my freezer forever and I knew I wanted to use them for a quick dessert. Well the @traderjoes apple pie filling and pumpkin butter felt so fitting for what I wanted to create. So I used some Halloween cookie cutters, to cut some fun shapes, layered some filling in the middle of two cutouts and topped with egg wash before baking.
