Elf on the Shelf idea! This works best after the day of tic tac toe. The sign says “uh oh, Tootsie is banana sore loser”. We used a funny prank toilet paper roll I found at Target but regular toilet paper works just fine too! We also use old face masks as tree hammocks for the elf family to lounge around in.
