This dress was so comfy and perfect for dinner the other night. ✨

Since I work from home full-time, I’ve become a big believer in dressing up to go out - even if it’s just to a friend’s house, and even if it’s casual. Dressing up doesn’t have to mean cocktail attire or black tie - it just means wearing something that excites you and taking the time to style it fully, accessories and all. 💕

It’s been such an interesting shift for me now that I don’t have to wear “office wear” anymore, my days are often very, VERY casual but when I go out in the evenings or on weekends, I can go all out with what I’m wearing. That all-or-nothing energy definitely shows up in other areas of my life too… I’m either all in or not attending. 🤷🏼‍♀️

A curated style series

One of my favorite things about fall is the air of romance - that feeling that something magical could happen at any moment. ✨ This look really brings that to life for me - it’s quite practical in function, yet it makes me feel like I’ve stepped straight out of a novel or a film which is my favorite way to dress.

As the Coco Cabana capsule comes to a close, I can’t thank you enough for following along. This series has been all about channeling a Palm Beach-meets-Park Avenue vibe for fall and it has been a true delight to wear all of these looks as of late. Look 1 - The Coco Cabana ☕️
A curated style series

I used to think there was a fine line between something looking classic or dated but lately my perspective has shifted.

I’ve realized that what really impacts how we perceive a look has less to do with the item itself, and more to do with the personal styling touches. ✨ Something can be highly referential and still feel fresh and unique on the right person.

On the flip side, even the most “timeless” piece can feel costume-y if it doesn’t vibe with the person wearing it. Which isn’t to say that you need to “stay in your lane,” in fact I am a huge fan of surprising pairings and styling.

There isn’t a right or wrong way to style something. For me, when a pairing feels right I know I want to wear it. That feeling evolves over time, and that’s okay as well. Recently I heard someone discussing the difference between being into clothing and being into fashion and I think both are totally valid - but a little fashion knowledge goes a long way in terms of deciding where you want to be original vs. take inspiration from others.

At the end of the day, the most important thing is honoring what excites you and wearing what you truly love. ❤️

The accessories might be my favorite part of this entire capsule. This time around, I went with a mix of timeless, heritage-inspired pieces and more playful picks that still feel luxe & polished to me.

I think this series really shows how important it is to stay true to your own aesthetic. I could’ve easily gone for understated, modern “quiet luxury” pieces - and that could’ve been great - but that’s just not what I’m loving right now. Instead, I leaned into the bold yet classic pieces that I think bring these types of looks to life.
