What I eat in a day. Protein isn’t just for bodybuilders GIRLIESSSS!! For women, it’s key for muscle recovery, keeping hormones happy, overall energy, staying full & satisfied, and supporting a healthy metabolism. I aim for 140g a day, it’s not perfect, but having a simple structure to go off of (small breakfast, high-protein meals, and snacks to fill the gaps) makes it doable and not as overwhelming.
