Some weekends I feel best keeping a bit more structure, getting my steps in, hitting my protein, and staying close to routine. Other weekends, it feels good to loosen up a little… to try new foods, eat out, and just be present. It just depends!! 🥰🤪 The difference now is, I don’t attach guilt to either. I’m learning that balance isn’t about being perfect or completely letting go. it’s about knowing when to lean into structure and when to lean into life.
