Cool story, this hoyacompacta aka hindurope comes from cuttings from my mother’s aunt’s plant! I call this plant my “heirloom Hoya!” The mother plant would have been over 60 years old. My great aunt is gone, and so is her original plant, but isn’t it so cool how plants can be passed down generation by generation via cuttings! 💚 greatfulformyfamily I bet my great aunt would have never been able to imagine that her offspring of her plant would be able to be viewed by thousands! 🤔🤯 timeschange Liz’s personal experience only…every environment is different: 🪴Light: East window 🪴Water: when dry 🪴Avg Temp last 30 days: 73F 🪴Relative Humidity last 30 days: 45% 🪴Fussy: not for me 🪴Rate of growth: medium slow 🪴Rareness: common 🪴Growing Medium: cactus soil 🪴Fertilizer frequency: I use a nutrient diverse fertilizer that is perfect for Hoyas about every other watering while I’m seeing active growth.
