After discovering @grimaldisgourmetfoods marinara on the shelves at @jewelosco I was ready to make a simple yet delish dinner. Now, you have heard of a one pot dinner so how about a one “plate” dinner (ok it’s more of a board than a plate but still…). This pasta sauce comes from a pizzeria under the Brooklyn Bridge who has been serving up Italian flavors and tradition for over 100 years. So I have served up a simple version of Polenta ala Spianatora.
