We’ve had this exact veggie chopper for over three years and still use it all the time. It saves so much prep time and the perfect little cubes make everything look straight out of a cooking show. Bonus: my kids actually eat the veggies when I use it (especially if they can scoop them up with a chip). We call this dip “Power Salad” but most people know it as Cowboy Caviar. I just toss in whatever’s in the fridge - usually red onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, avocado, corn, black beans, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. So good every time.
