Idk bout yall but I have been served with adds for this stuff for a while now and I finally decided to try it… it’s supposed to improve productivity in people with adhd which I am currently not prescribed for so I’m always looking for healthier ways to improve my focus 🧘‍♀️ I ordered this particular one from tik tok shop… But Amazon has a ton of brands of this so I’m not exactly sure which is best.
