Best Salsa Verde Recipe 15 tomatillos 3 garlic cloves 1/2 onion 1/2 cup of cilantro 1 or 2 Serrano peppers 1 Poblano pepper Remove husk from tomatillos, wash then put on a tray with Chiles, onion and garlic. Bake for 20 min 450 on broil setting. Blend with washed cilantro and deveined poblano pepper. Add salt to taste.
