These Target cut off shorts are AMAZING and just $28. The perfect in-seam length for us moms 😂 and so comfy!! Grab them before they sell out. I’m getting the white too! In the videos are a 4 and a 2…they both fit but the 4 is a little looser on the waist. I am 5’6” and about 130lbs for reference! Bring on the sunshine- I need a TAN ☀️
