I’ve gotten A LOT of feedback when l’ve shared this in the past so here are some FAQs answered & replies to the comments most frequently given:

*Let me start with, I promise, there is no physical frame on the TV. The “frame” you see is all just in the YouTube image. If you don’t believe me, it takes you about 30 seconds to try it for yourself 😬

1. “Do you have to leave your TV on all the time & does it increase your electric bill?”
- We only leave our TV on like this when we are hosting a party or just for fun a few hours at a time. We don’t leave it on 24/7 so no, doesn’t affect our bill and that’s why I added the gold tape, so there is some kind of
“frame” even when the TV is off.
2. “What do you search to find those images?”
- I searched “vintage framed floral tv art” but you can replace floral with whatever theme you want, landscape, Christmas, etc.
3. “Doesn’t this burn the image into your TV?”
- If you left your TV on 24/7, then maybe? BUT most of the YouTube images turn off after a few hours & you can search for “slideshow” images so they switch out therefore, no burning image risk if that’s your concern.
4. “You should mount the TV”
- I’m aware this is an unpopular opinion, but I hate mounted TVs...but if you prefer that look in your home, do it!
5. “It’s not the same, you should just get a Frame TV”
- My personal fav response & it’s simple, the real frame tv is just not affordable to us. No, it’s not the same. And I’m not trying to fool anyone! This is just for a fun look at a budget anyone can afford. You don’t even have to spend the $3, the YouTube images are free!

- We joined 2 upper kitchen cabinets using cabinet screws, painted them using the best furniture paint @fusionmineralpaint that requires no sanding! We stained a “project board” for the top which run around $25 for an 8’ pc & stained it with @minwaxusa then stained furniture feet I got on Amazon!
- I put 2 @walmart storage benches back to back to create this oversized ottoman. They also come in beige if green isn’t your thing!
- We did not hardwire this vintage wall sconce, I used rechargeable light bulbs from Amazon!
- Add instant cozy to any space with this electric fireplace! Comes with the full mantel & surround, tons of color options & styles are available. It puts out a ton of heat but the remote allows you to control the temp.

Can you believe I made this cutie scalloped table with under $10 of pavers?! The adhesive I used is CRAZY strong & meant for outdoor, porous surfaces. Did you catch me picking up the table by its top? Wildly strong adhesive bc this thing is HEAVY! And I used my fav spray paint that is great for outdoor use!

We turned our unused dining room into the vintage inspired speakeasy of our dreams! We painted everything English Channel by @behrpaint then installed a copper tin ceiling from @americantinceilings added tons of fun vintage and new details like paintings, chandeliers, rugs & curtains and a dining table by @transformertable that extends from seating 4 people to 12 people so we can still host large gatherings (I linked a Walmart look for less)! We used IKEA Ivar cabinets, @fusionmineralpaint , peel & stick wallpaper & marble floor tiles to create a storage cabinet that is on casters so it pulls out to be a bar & pushes back against the wall when not in use! The designer look for less brass barstools adjust from dining table height to bar height for additional seating being the bar or at the dining table!

Outdoor chandelier, no hardwiring required! We bought a regular indoor light then sprayed it down with outdoor protectant spray that repels water & prevents fading. We flipped all the hanging hardware upside down so the ceiling mount plate is actually at the bottom! We removed the electrical wiring & pulled the solar light wire through the hanging pole. It was honestly so simple, just had to think outside the box a bit! We screwed in a heavy duty metal hook to our pergola to hang the light from. The solar light is remote controlled (there is also a switch on the light if you lose the remote 😂).

We wanted to let natural light in but still have shelter from rain so this was our perfect solution! We purposefully installed some of the pergola planks on their side to offer shade as our backyard is full sun all day. We were concerned it would hold heat so we added fans but we don’t think it holds heat at all! The clear roofing also comes in other tinted shades like gray, brown, etc & can be bought at most hardware stores! We installed this 6 years ago & it’s held up perfectly even in high winds!

I’m usually very anti decorating with liquor bottles but this is actually kind of cool!
