What I wore today! Trend alert: simple styling for the mesh flats 🖤

This was the end of the day so my shirt was… wrinkled to say the least lol. I love oversized wearing poplin shirts in the summer with shorts too! This one is from Zara and I wear an xs- they’re pretty big but comfortable, and don’t swallow me.

Notes: I purchased the sweatpants while I was pregnant and they have fleece inside, whilst the shirt is a French terry. I prefer French terry to fleece bc Florida lol. You can really wear the short sleeve sweatshirts with any of their other same color bottoms if you’re trying to make a matching set like this (it’s not really a set).

Special shoutout to Billie eilish for making me feel somewhat put together in the most shapeless outfits I’ve ever worn in my life. Never been so comfortable thx

Can you tell which piece I wear more lol

Ref- I’m 5’7” & top is a m, pants are a s long. I think I prefer these as separates, but thought I’d just throw it on today before school pickup.

Almost at the end of 3 months postpartum and living in any form of sweatpants has been my life (for what feels like an eternity). All in my head, but still 🥲🩷 trying to be cute whilst comfortable but secretly missing all of the clothes in my closet (and not the pregnancy, postpartum, loungewear I’ve bought). I will be cozy at home for years after this third child bc I’ve never purchased so much loungewear lol

Did you wear Chinese slippers?

I know @maisonalaia brought back the mesh flats in 2024, but they’re still going strong this spring/summer.

I’m sure they’re v polarizing, but I find them to be extremely nostalgic as someone who owned many many pairs of Chinese slippers in the 00’s with my bff. These aren’t hot and don’t smush my toes and I love that they’re a Mary Jane style. Don’t make fun of my feet lol this is hard to record 🥲😂
