I am SO EXCITED to burn these wood wick [crackling] candles! These two scents (Harvest Chestnut and Black Oak & Persimmon) are my two favorites from the autumn Hearth & Hand collection. I’m going to have to stock up to burn them throughout the fall (and likely winter!) season(s).

This is an excellent faux stem option — a great neutral color and so realistic! I even love the texture the branches have on them to give them that grassy “fuzziness”. 🌾

I’m starting to plan my Halloween decor and saw some new spooky houses that I wanted to share before they sell out! They remind me of the houses I bought last year that I love so much. 🦇

I think a successful holiday meal is created with a combination of homemade dishes and pre-made dishes… and two items I love to get to make my meal easier (without sacrificing flavor!!) are these two from Williams-Sonoma.

Since I make an herbed turkey breast that doesn’t create a lot of drippings, having a gravy base is crucial!

I also personally prefer a cranberry relish to cranberry jelly and while it’s a fairly easy one to make, this one is delicious and takes cooking it off my plate.

This weekend we baked some sugar cookies with our #LTKToddler and used festive cookie cutters to make them more “Halloween”. 👻🦇🎃

I bought this “LED Black Cauldron with Bubbles” at Kirkland’s Home for Halloween and I absolutely love how it turned out! Everything you need to achieve this look is included (there are so many parts to source / manage if you choose to DIY!), the “bubbles” are simple and easy to arrange, and it’s just the right size.
The only part I wasn’t crazy about was the cotton ribbon that comes with the cauldron — I replaced it with my own 2” brown velvet ribbon (and still need to trim the ends a bit) which I think fits the aesthetic of our home a bit better.

This was such a fun way to incorporate these little vinyl bats this year! We displayed some digital artwork on our Samsung Frame tv and have the vinyl bats extended beyond the edges so it looks cool with the tv on or off!

Right now our home decor is full-on autumn with a hint of Halloween (with the rest being put out on Oct 1st!).

I really like the textures and colors of these faux floral stems - I bought two bundles! And this vase is so pretty... I plan to use it through all the seasons as it's a lovely neutral green tinted glass.

The pumpkins are from last year, but I linked this year's options and I love this little spooky house!

I absolutely adore this turkey figure made from natural elements that I found for #LTKThanksgiving last year — I just saw that they brought it (well, a slightly different version) back this year! I’m so tempted to buy this year’s version too!

I’m starting to pull out all of my autumn decor and my front door wreath is the first thing that I swap out (just in case the neighbors need to know what kind of household we are — we’re the kind that embraces autumn on Sept 1st, no matter the temperature outside 😜).
This indoor / outdoor wreath is perfect for our front door, which is under a portico, so it’s not fully exposed to the elements. 🍂🍁 I adore the size of the wreath and the color of the leaves — it sets a neutral, minimalist tone.

I think this lighter is such a brilliant idea. You never run out of lighter fluid, since it’s reusable (just charge it!) it minimizes waste from discarding spent lighters, the arc is super effective at lighting candle wicks, and, now that we have two little ones, the safety features are my favorite part.

A simple #LTKFall decor idea for your #LTKThanksgiving tablescape! My “hack” is to make a figure eight (♾️) design with the garland and connect the ends underneath with a gold paper clip. Place your candlesticks in the loops and voila! An easy, festive dining space. 🍂🍁
