Lululemon At Ease and Kohls FLX

Both of these sets are very comfortable - price, color options, and fit would be my primary decision factors in choosing which pair to buy.

lululemon is more expensive, but fits better overall. They do have limited color selections at this time

Kohl’s FLX runs a bit bigger, so the larges were loose on me. They have several color options for the hoodies, and both the pants and hoodie are less than half the cost of the lululemon items

Kohl’s $65 FLX hoodie vs. lululemon $148 at ease hoodie

On camera, there is almost no difference between the two of these. I will say the lululemon one has a softer feel and better stretch, but overall they’re very similar. And before you ask, yes the FLX hoodie holds up well, the whole FLX line is great!

I love both of these sweatshirts! Hard to name one as the overall winner, but I think I’d go with lululemon based on the way it fits my body vs the FLX fit.

Detailed comparison - Walmart vs Faherty

I’d argue the quality and feel of each one would make you think they’re much closer in price than they actually are.

$17 for the Walmart shirt, and $178 for the Faherty shirt

Faherty looks and feels premium, they have tons of color options, and it’s maintained shape and color for over a year.

I do wish it had a little more structure to it, as the sleeves don’t stay rolled up very well.

As for the Walmart shirt, it’s from their George clothing line, and it’s quality compared to the price is surprising.

It’s almost as soft as the Faherty shirt, and just as stretchy.

I actually prefer the structure of the Walmart shirt, as the sleeves stay rolled up throughout the day as I wear it.

Since they’re so similar, I think price would be my biggest consideration for making a purchase - both shirts are amazing!

Detailed comparison of 68$ lululemon vs $28 amazon

I will always give lululemon points for durability and quality, but these amazon shorts seem to be almost as good.

They’re made from the same materials - about 88% polyester and 12% elastane/spandex

The shorts shown here are larges, and both have a 5” inseam

The amazon shorts hit my thigh slightly lower than the lululemon pair – I prefer the way luluemon’s shorts fit, but others might like the slightly longer fit.

Both shorts have pockets, no liner (options for liner are available), and a hidden zipper pocket.

I will revisit this once I’ve put the amazon shorts through a bit more wear and tear, so stay tuned for those results.
