Products I use to hang my garland!!!
All garlands and products used today are linked in my LTK!
For this look, I used one 9ft. floppy cedar garland combined with a 6ft. Mixed pine garland for the right side that is draped. For the left side I used one 6ft. floppy cedar garland mixed with a 6ft. Mixed pine garland.
You can do this with ANY garland!!!!
If you are not doing a drape or swoop and just want your garland straight across a standard mantle, you can mix any two 6ft. garlands. Happy decorating! 🫶🏻

These are the two garlands I will be mixing and I MAY add a silver garland but that’s TBD.
The floppy one is a faux cedar that I’ve been collecting over 3 years. I get it when it goes on sale at Anthro.
It’s not full and needs to be layered if used for a mantle.
I’m doing an assymetrical drape off of one side so I will be using 2 of the 9ft. strands and 2 of the 6ft. strands.
If you are not doing a drape and want your garland straight across a standard mantle, I suggest 2 of the 6ft. strands mixed with another type garland.
I’ll be mixing the floppy cedar with 2 of the mixed pine garlands If I were not having overhang, I’d just use one strand of the 6ft. Last year, that was the only garland I used, by itself- one strand.

I used one 9ft and one 6ft floppy cedar from anthro/terrain and I used two other garlands that don’t match. 🤷🏼‍♀️
One (going across the mantle) is the Vickerman 6ft. Mixed pine garland and the other (hanging on the right side) is the 6ft. Purple Rose Home mixed fern Garland! No one would ever know! 🤷🏼‍♀️
I also added in the pine picks linked below throughout.
You can get this look using pretty much any two garlands similar in style!
