✨MISTLETOE KISS COCKTAIL✨

I have made this festive holiday cocktail several times and it’s so good! The rosemary simple syrup is 🤌🏻🤌🏻 It’s very light and refreshing!The ornaments aren’t necessary, but I think it adds the perfect touch and is the perfect serving size! 🫶🏻 See bulk recipe below 👇🏻

INGREDIENTS
•30 oz vodka
•5 oz fresh lemon juice
•10 oz Rosemary simple syrup
•1 liter club soda
•Rosemary sprigs for garnish

DIRECTIONS
•Add 1 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add 3 Rosemary sprigs to pot and let cool for 15 minutes. Remove Rosemary sprigs.
•Pour vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a pitcher. Stir to combine.
•Transfer to clear ornaments using a funnel. Add 5-6 cranberries or pomegranate seeds to bottom of each cup. Add ornament and Rosemary sprig for garnish.
•When ready to serve add ice to cup. Pour in drink and top with club soda.

✨BOURSIN CHEESE APPETIZER✨

You guys know I am all about easy when it comes to food. Well, this no-prep, takes less than five minutes, totally delicious appetizer fits the bill! Made this for a holiday gathering, and it was absolutely devoured! Highly recommended!!

This dish is from my local Target Bullseye section, so check your local store!

Recipe:
-use number of Boursin cheeses in order to line bottom of your dish — I used two here and found it to be the perfect amount! If you’re using an 8x8 or similar I would use 3-4
-apply layer of fig jam (or I might try pepper jelly next time!)—this is to your liking.
-add chopped pistachios
-top with hot honey

I served at room temp, but you could bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes for a creamier dip!

Something about a record player will always be so nostalgic to me. This song, too. It reminds me of Christmas Eve at my grandparents with all my cousins and SO many core childhood memories. I hope I can pass this down to my kids 🫶🏻🎄

Call me impressed! I’ve ordered several garlands from Amazon in the past, and they have been lacking at best. This garland is so realistic, full, and it drapes beautifully! This is great for a dining table, a mantel, or your stairs. 10/10 recommend!

✨CARAMEL APPLE TOFFEE BITES✨

Looking for an easy dish to bring to a Thanksgiving event? Well, look no further! This one is so easy and takes less than an hour to put together. It’s bite sized and a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
—Chocolate Rolos (I bought family size bag and it’s right around 50 pieces)
—Snaps Pretzels 1 bag
—Heath Toffee bits
—1-2 Green Apples
—Toothpicks

Instructions
1. On a cookie sheet, lay out the pretzels in rows. (I recommend doing them in 2-3 batches to make it easier)
2. Unwrap all rolo candies and place one on each pretzel.
3. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Cut the apple into bite size pieces then stick a toothpick through it. Set aside.
4. Bake the pretzels for 3-4 minutes.
Quickly stick the apples on top of the rolos and sprinkle toffee bits. You may need to push some toffee pieces into the melted chocolate to stick.
5. Stick in fridge for 20-30 minutes then push the toothpicks all the way through the bottom of the pretzels.
6. Serve!

Had this drink recently and thought it would be the perfect Halloween drink! We brought it to a Halloween party last night and it was a fan favorite! 🙌🏻 Highly recommend! Recipe below 👇🏻

44 oz vodka
44 oz ginger ale
20 oz grape juice
6 oz lime juice

Mix together and chill or add some fun Halloween ice cubes like I did here!
