My favorite springtime meal is this refreshing Arugula and Kale Reggiano salad. Elevate your snack game with these mouthwatering Italian Grinder Sliders, made using @Kingshawaiian Sweet Rolls! Perfect for game days, parties, or family dinner!

ITALIAN GRINDER SLIDERS
Ingredients:
1 pack of King's Hawalian rolls
12 slices salami
12 slices pepperoni
12 slices turkey
12 slices provolone cheese
4 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Garlic & Herb seasoning
1/4 cup sliced pepperoncinis
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice King's Hawaiian rolls in half.
Layer the bottom half with salami, pepperoni, turkey, and provolone cheese. Replace the top buns.
Melt butter, stir in garlic salt, parsley, and minced garlic. Brush over the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Prepare grinder salad: mix mayonnaise, mustard, red wine vinegar, and garlic herb seasoning.
Add pepperoncinis, red onions, and lettuce. Toss to coat.
After baking, remove top buns and spread salad over the meat and cheese. Replace top buns and enjoy!
