Here’s my go-to Nighttime Reset Routine:
1️⃣ Cleanse – Double cleanse to remove makeup, SPF, and the day’s buildup. Your skin needs a fresh canvas.
2️⃣ Toner – Rebalances pH, hydrates, and preps your skin for actives.
3️⃣ Peptides Serum – Strengthen and repair your skin barrier while you sleep. Peptides are like little builders helping your skin stay resilient.
4️⃣ Eye Cream – Gently hydrate and nourish the delicate under-eye area for a brighter, rested look.
5️⃣ Moisturizer – Locks in hydration to prevent dryness and maintain a healthy barrier.
6️⃣ Optional Oil or Sleep Mask – Boosts overnight glow and provides extra nourishment.
7️⃣ Lip Mask- hydrating your lips while also plumping them and strengthening your lip barrier. This is a ceramide lip mask 💋
