I’m so proud of me. I don’t always feel like going to the gym but I love that I haven’t been relying on how I feel lately and instead have been focusing on just getting shit done! So proud. I did 225lbs on hip thrusts for the first time today and I’m officially lifting more than I weigh 🙌🏾💪🏽

I’m also proud of all of you that are showing up for yourselves in the #keepitmoving challenge this month! This is the most people I’ve seen participate and it’s amazing to see us coming together for something healthy and positive! I’m proud of us!

Non Scale Victory 🎉: I can definitely see a change in my face! I started my fasting journey in Jan. Doing mostly 20 hours or so but I switched to ADF  (Alternate Day Fasting; 36 hour fasts every other day) in April. That was the game changer for me. Shout out to Colleen Marie Cares on YouTube. Her content inspired me to make the switch. 

Exercise: 
Pilates 2x a wk
Strength training 2x a week
30 min of daily walking 

I’ll link some of the books I read to learn about the benefits of fasting and some of my gym clothes etc.

30 min walk
This is my second day with the walking pad. Definitely convenient but it can be dangerous. It doesn’t have a bar for balance so if you clumsy like me you may not like this. I still prefer walking outside or on the treadmill at the gym but this is still nice to have on hand if you want something that is easy to put away and get your steps in.

Used my new walking pad today. It’s cute but the walking space is kinda short for me. I’m 6’0. So I would probably just use this for shorter walks. But it is clutch to have since it’s hot AF.
