I have had to TRAIN my brain on this one because words are sooo impactful to me 🫣

Things people don’t even remember saying to me replay in my mind and I let them reign over me for way too long. Not sure why the positive ones usually don’t have as much of an effect... I have made a point to let this one sink in and replay more than anything else and I honestly believe it has helped shift my mindset!

It also reminds me that it MATTERS what we speak over our children. I’ve heard that what we say to them becomes their internal voice and I am living proof of that.
