A few fun facts about me:
☀️ I was a corporate merchant for 15 years (most recently in skincare), left my job in March of 2025!
☀️ Now that I’m not under a noncompete I can share all my insider beauty tips with you!
☀️ My husband and I technically met at Publix, though we were officially set up through my best friend from college.
☀️ We got married in 2020 (you know…) so we actually had two weddings! Out wedding day + our “sequel” when we could have more friends there!
☀️ I’m a proud girl mama to Eliza (4) and we’re 99% sure we’re “one and done”
☀️ I just launched my small business consulting company in June and I’m so excited to see how the Lord uses it!
☀️ I was recently diagnosed with Hashimotos so I’m on a journey of going gluten-free and eating an anti-inflammatory diet.
☀️ My husband and I were both born and raised in FL and attended the University of Florida (go gators!) we love living here!
☀️ I’m an avid reader (60+ books a year) but terrible about sharing book reviews, haha

So grateful to connect with y’all and would love to hear if we have anything in common! This community is such a gift 🩷

Quickly learning that being a small business owner isn’t for the faint of heart, but also that it’s the most fun I’ve ever had in my life! It’s true that when you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.

This was a fun day in my new business because I had several client meetings in a town a little ways over, so I got to beat with so many incredible women and it filled my cup right up! Then I got to attend a great fundraiser with some of my girlfriends before heading home to my very favorite people 😍

So grateful to be living out a dream come true and to work with incredible clients! Learning every day how to balance mom duty + business responsibility, but it’s the best learning curve ever 🩷

Life has gotten a whole lot busier, and I need my wardrobe to work harder than ever! From zoom, to coffee meetings, to happy hours and everything in between- I not only wear my “mom” hat but my “consultant” hat as well!

Our New York anniversary trip Day ✌🏼 was a dream! We got to sleep in til 7:30 (can I get an amen?!) and then ate at some of our favorite spots in the city! If you’re planning a trip to NYC, bookmark this series to save for later 🗽

Our top recommendations:
Coffee- Tin Building (like a giant fancy foodhall, but the coffee spot inside is great!

Coffee & Bookstore- McNally Jackson Books (2 stories and a book lovers DREAM! Every genre you could think of and the coffee shop is delish!)

Burgers- Pizza loves Emily (we love for lunch! The best burgers we’ve ever had, hands down! They make their own sauces 😋)

Dinner- Lucali (best best best pizza and calzones - the only 2 things on the menu! Reservations open at 4pm, we got in line around 2 to make sure we had our pick of times!)

Cookies- Funny Face Bakery (still dreaming about the confetti cookie!)

Walking - Brooklyn Bridge (the views are incredible!)

Already missing our special spot and can’t wait to get back next year!

Meet my new baby: Slice of Sunshine Consulting! ☀️

Just two tired parents who loved every minute of a 5pm dinner and crawling into bed to read and binge Bravo by 7:30pm… the perfect start to our anniversary trip!

Rob and I celebrated 5 years of marriage this year, and New York has become our special spot to celebrate! This is our 3rd year in the city and we love it so much!

Hotel: 33 Seaport (we LOVE!!! Our 2nd year here and we can’t rave enough about the service and location)
Snacks & Coffee: Tin Building (a giant fancy food hall with every option you could want!)
