Tension isn’t the enemy it’s how we use tension in our natural routine.

By making sure we pay attention to the level of moisture in our hair, the product ingredients we use, and how often we are using tension, avoiding breakage and vanishing edges can be avoided.

It’s also important to pay attention to how your scalp is responding to certain styles and the level of tension it tolerates. Not every scalp is created equal.

My scalp started to feel a little uncomfortable on day 4 of my high bun and the moment I created a low bun, it felt 10000% better!

Small hair routine changes can make a big difference.
