I’m starting to notice changes in my skin, face, and body. Aging is a gift and a natural process so I’m embracing it all but figuring out ways to enhance and bring radiance to these changes. Skincare in your 30s looks different and this one is an absolute MUST!!! Do you guys use retinAl? Not retinol but retinAl. I started using this @officialmedik8 retinal and it has been a game changer and has transformed my skin. This is also the highest grade retinal on the market that is over the counter before having to get a prescription.this stuff is strong but works but also love that there’s different levels so you can work your way up. I just graduated retinal level 3 and going to start 6. My skin has never looked better even after stopping the injections. Definitely a must have for my girls in their 30s 🖤

Have you guys tried Anua before? I kept hearing about it so I tried the rice line from @anua_global . Rice has sooo many benefits to the skin from bright ring , pore tightening, oil & sebum control (hence why I always use a rice toner) all of the products were very good for my sensitive hormonal acne skin but my favorite one has to be the Rice Enzyme cleanser. GRWM - on silence and transition without the kids. Also been reading more books and cooking way more! Seb and I have a lot of intolerances. I can't eat yeast or dairy and he's a vegetarian and gluten free so we are always trying new healthy dishes from home.
